13/11/2013	Automated call implying it is generated from HSBC/GE Capital/Santender [we have a self generated claim ongoing against Santender] Thinking this call to be related,I pressed five as instructed,eventually an Asian boy started asking if we had ever had-told him very politely to go away and hung up. Surely a company working under the pretence of being another company is illegal? I would love to know how I could escalate this as a formal complaint ! Telemarketing Negative
