The website is a phishing website trying to trick you into entering personal info in the belief you are preventing money being sent to MR A ADAMS. It may ask for credit details but this particular website has been blocked from certain places and search platforms. This phone number appears as though it may send multiple texts about multiple fake problems with links to phishing websites to different people and if you receive a text from this number you will likely receive a text from other numbers trying to phish your info.
