Received call from this number. Noisy background. I said, 'hello' man on other line began laughing and hung-up. I suspect, like the other have said, that they want you to assume that they are a company with a unprofessional employee and want you to ring back to complain or ask who any why they rang.
Do not ring back.

28/12/2013 20:55 - Imran called from some sort of accident helpline! Told him to take the number off of his list then he just went silent. I suspect this is a premium rate line and they just want you to call back. Don't!!

27th December 2013 made a silent call to my landline at 12:59 p.m.
This was 2nd time within the first week of line activation.
A female voice. No idea how she got my number?
I chose not to call back and search google instead.

I just recieved a call from someone called Imran, claiming to work for "Accident helpline". I asaked how I could help him, he started laughing and then hung up the telephone. I was planning on calling back to complain but cannot be sure if this is a premium rate number.
