27/02/2014	I was pushed into making an appointment for bed sales from this call. A man arrived at appointed time. I explained I cancelled appointment. He was on the verge of rudeness when I said I had already cancelled appoint previous day. He asked to come in and use my phone to which I declined. He was insistent but continued to refuse entry into my home for him to use my phone to call his manager . He eventually called of his own mobile and finally left my front door. Unknown Neutral
