24/08/2020	03531 680091 PLEASE BEWARE THIS TEL ...SCAM CALLER...FRAUDULENT CALLER...An Asian man called with a very thick accent but insisted his name was Sam Matthew’s, I asked to speak to his manager as he said he was from Sky technical dept. He placed me on hold and there was no hold music. Sky always play their own music for hold, and I know the music very well, THE LINE WENT SILENT. I hung up the call and reported it to Sky and gave them the tel number and my Sky operates, very professional and help chap called Rasheed, said it was West Bengal Tel number and not from U.K. at all. He checked my account details and confirmed NO ONE FROM SKY HAD CALLED ME since early August, which was correct, I called them on the date he confirmed with me. Therefore I believe it was a SCAM call. The scam artist said Sky had been getting interference from my internet router and malware was the issue. It was a load of lies, there is nothing wrong with my internet. PLEASE BEWARE THIS TEL DONT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS AND HANG UP THE PHONE! Scam call Nuisance
