17/02/2014	Received a call asking if they can help with my car accident. I have never had a car accident. I asked for a name and address. They told me it was Jack, UCS (Ultimate Customer Service), Essex House, Bridle Road, Bootle, Liverpool L30 4UE. The company name does NOT appear on the list of building occupants!! I think this is just a marketing exercise to establish a verifiable data base, Telemarketing Negative
16/02/2014	I don't know if this is a legitimate company or not so I've stalled them twice, as they want to connect me to a conference call, at my expense, to Ageas, my car insurance company at the time, regarding a cheque that I may be entitled to after my crash 2 years ago, they seem to know my name, car reg., insurance company and approx when my accident occurred.
