The group were taken off terror list on 20.09.2012 by US secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The group use companies in EU and UK , as well as in USA to raise funds under pretence of registered charities and humanitarian umbrella. The MEK had 2.6 Billion Dollar of stolen Iraq money in US banks when they were listed in 1997 as terrorists. US congress and British MPs supported the group to be taken off terror list .
