15/06/2021	Took a couple of calls from these guys about 2 different main contractor projects. Decided to listen and they took me onto both project documents, one was too big for us but the other was just over their £50,000 banding and was local so we asked to price the work. Sorted the membership out and within 3 weeks our price was accepted and we start work in the first week of July. Don’t often do write ups but they do know their stuff and the 3 main contractors we’ve priced work for already, love their service and their app. Safe number Safe
04/03/2021	Massive construction resource centre used by a number of Estimators and QS’s that I work for already. They don’t deal with any domestic work, all commercial construction. Started to get a few calls from them since start of the year as they’ve merged with a larger company and now all work comes through an on-line platform and a mobile app. If you want to price work with contractors you don’t currently work for, take the call. 16/02/2021	Had a couple of missed calls from this number over the last 2 weeks and then took their call yesterday, within an hour I had received the docs from them and was pricing a dry lining package for McAvoy Group, who I had never worked for before but the QS rates them. These guys have just offered to help get feedback from McAvoy on my submitted price when it goes in this week which I’ve just agreed to. Safe number Safe
10/02/2021	This company are huge in construction software and supply chain management, this is their Resource Centre telephone number. They call to place work for main contractors who are working outside their normal location or trade specialty. We have been using them for about a year or so, good bunch of people and they know their stuff, really helpful for feedback on jobs we have priced through them. Unknown Useful
09/02/2021	If you are looking to price commercial construction work, take their call. These guys don’t touch domestic work. Their pricing deadlines are a bit tight as most of the work they get asked to place is secured so need a fairly quick turnaround once you’ve agreed to price the jobs. Spoke to a few main contractors about them and they’re pucka, said they have been using them for years. Waiting to hear on a job they placed with us worth £120k (big for us), looks promising. 09/02/2021	If you get a call for 01628 569 999 take the call. The company is genuine and are the UK’s most used resource service for sourcing sub-contractors. A few thousand main contractors outsource to them when they can’t find trades from their own supply chain. We ignored them to start with but when I eventually spoke with them they simply took me on-line to show me a MC’s drawings and docs which needed pricing. Over the last 2 months I’ve looked at 5 jobs, priced 2 and won 1. Safe number Useful
