As others have discovered this number is the marketing department of DM Design. You can call them for free on 0800 185186. I called it and spoke to a woman who said it is the marketing department causing the problem and that they were trying to do something about them. However, we can see that the first complaints on this page go back at least as far as March 2013. So
obviously they are not taking this task very seriously. I suppose if we all call the free number and tell them what we think many times per day the message will finally get through to them that we are all fed up with these stupid calls all the time.

Called my house today - Scottish woman's voice asked for myself by full name and after denial asked for my wife, again by name. This was @8pm on Thur 13/02/2014. The real problem here is those companies that insist on "full" contact details and then pass on your details. I fell like ringing back and locking their line for a while.
