21/02/2014	I get calls all the time. I now take the mickey and go along with their request. they ask ifyou are near your computer. I say yes.they ask you to turn it on, I say I have.they then say they will tell you what buttons to press so they can guide you through the fix. they want you to turn on the remote access controls and allow them to 'take over' your computer. I then say my windows is running really slow so they will have to hold minute. I put the phone to one side and make a coffee/watch a film! Unknown Negative
17/02/2014	Got a call late last night from this number (in US). Female voice with an Indian accent, background noise etc. Calling about my Windows computer, was vague when I asked for more details. Scammers...beware! Do not respond to calls from this number. Unknown Negative
