14th. August 2018 - I just got a call from this number, I didn't answer as I am not in the UK and I never get calls from +44~. I'm delighted to have read the comments below. It means I won't give in to the call back temptation & waste my hard earned money on some nonsense call. wife got a call from this number asking for me by name saying they were doing a customer satisfaction call from Royal Bank of Scotland. Wouldn't talk to wife only me by name although all accounts are joint.
Wouldn't tell them anything. Phoned the RBOS and confirmed they do not use this company which sounded like nuwood or noon wood.

Sounds like it was my good fortune that I missed this call then; however, it won't be their good fortune if I decide to take the call and they ask me for my personal banking experiences etc...

I've been a NatWest customer for nearly 50 years. Recently, they kept sending me forms demanding my name and address finally threatening to close my account if I didn't provide the information they'd had for all of those 50 years! Grudgingly I filled in their form with the just my name and address. Then of course, as I'd suspected all along, the nuisance phone calls from these market research clowns - "We're phoning from NatWest's market research department" - started. Three in 2 days. The number's now blocked. Goodbye 01233648537

Phoned asking for me by my name - not available in phonebook. Said they were from survey company for my bank though got the name of my bank wrong even though they knew my name. They rang off when I didn't say anything.
