29/10/2020	Caller stated that they were from BT Fraud department and that there had been fraudulent use of my BT landline number. I was told press option 1 immediately. I did not press 1 and hung up. I telephoned BT who said that it sound like one of several scam call they have been informed about and they will investigate but just to ignore the call. BT confirmed that they would not contact any customer in this way. This is an automated call. Scam call Nuisance
