Do not speak to this number as it is a scam. They phone every day and try to get me. Firstly they said they were microsoft but that is not true as I said I would call them back at microsoft but they put the phone down. The man could hardly speak english. Do not engage in any conversation with this number. Tell your family about it. V.

I was called 2 times. Last friday and today. On friday I was told that it was from Microsoft in London. I spoke to 2 people last friday. They were able to install an updated version of TeamView'er and able to move the mouse-arrow around.

Today the person hung up after a few minutes.

I believe that I have not given them any info, that can be useful for them, but tomorrow I will check my PC thoroughly, with a skilled friend, and delete any program that I am not SURE I need.

And after having seen that seen that they are trying to run a business I want talk to them again.

when I told the person calling that Windows 7 belongs to Microsoft and any problem solving should come from them and not over the phone and not from "someone in England", the telephone was slammed on!
