10/02/2014	wife got a call from this number asking for me by name saying they were doing a customer satisfaction call from Royal Bank of Scotland. Wouldn't talk to wife only me by name although all accounts are joint. Wouldn't tell them anything. Phoned the RBOS and confirmed they do not use this company which sounded like nuwood or noon wood. Probably a scam attempt Survey Negative
