Request to remove comment of phone number

phone rang ,when i answered a voice said thank you for your call (which i never made) we will transfer you to an agent as soon as we can, then rang off, i assume they ,(whoever they are) want me to ring back at some premium rate,there is no chance .if i dont know them idon`t want to talk to them
