Request to remove comment of phone number

I got an email without my name stating that it is from a delivery business agent called Maria Corleone Stefano Belucci (Delivery Agent). It gives me a Code. Not my name. Saying my package is pending clearance and asking to call giving my name, phone number address to process. I think it could be a SCAM
