12/11/2013	I too just had very abusive call from this number. He wanted to know if I had any debts, when I asked him why he was calling my number he said he was calling everyone in the UK. I asked him not to call me again because I have no debts and he said I was arrogant and he would "open a case" on me because I was not allowed to speak to a government official in this way.
