11/02/2014	I am a costumer of the company above and when they answer phone and I answer the phone they go through all the names that she could ask Mr Andrew Sperinck then asked for Mr Andrews in that way and she found that she could not get anyone else she said wait a minute then put the phone, This could be they I talk so this could be a disability discrimination act for missed facts Telemarketing Neutral

05/02/2014	They claimed to be TalkTalk and asked me whether I was the account holder. They insisted on checking whether I could have saved money, based on my telephone habits. I have just written a complain to TalkTalk and I'm waiting to see what they answer, if it was them. Unknown Nuisance

08/01/2014	They asked to speak to the account holder, I asked them who was calling. They said TalkTalk and asked me to confirm who I was. I asked them to give me any detail about me to thing to prove they were TalkTalk. They said they could not do so for security reasons. I said they could be "Phishing" and for my security to send me a letter. Unknown Nuisance
