Request to remove comment of phone number

07/02/14 got a call from this number she knew my name and wanted me to confirm my address I could hardly understand a word she said she sounded as though she was talking with a bag over her head!!!
When I said I hadnt made a claim she hung up --rude bitch-----if this number appears on my phone again I certainly wont be answering
