Request to remove comment of phone number

I got a phone call from them today. They just told me I might be able to get a refund for a loan / credit card I had in 2009, but as I told them I did not ask for any loan or whatever by that time, the lady hang up the call. They didn't asked me for details, although they knew my name and surname.
