Request to remove comment of phone number

Recorded woman's voice "this is an important announcement - due to new regulation on debt ---- I hung up then as it I considered it bogus. Unfortunately it is too easy for computer to go through permutations of numbers until one rings and then unfortunately they know that is a real number. Will try to block it if I can
