18/12/2013	The number is from Lowel, a debt collection agency who randomly got in touch with me via text and then phone. I have never responded simply because I have no debt and they refer to me by a different name from my own. For more info google Lowel but I strongly advise that you don't make contact with these people as I hear they are a nasty bunch of bawbags. Debt collection company Nuisance
