Three calls in 3 hours, no messages left, but had to leave 3 meetings because of disruptions. Just rude and unacceptable.

I had a call from a male who called me from this number at 1.07pm on the 20th February 2014.
At first the male asked to confirm my name and instantly told me that he was calling from The Bristish Councelling Service.
Then without delay he asked me if I had debt.
When I asked him why he was asking me if I had debt, being from a councelling service, he said that was what the company he worked for was called and then before I could say anything else, he then again asked me more forceably, "Do you have debt?"
I asked him how he got my number and he became very rude. He again asked me the same question and at that point I asked him if he had debt as it was none of his business what my financial situation was.
He then became even more rude and told me that I was such a rude person!!
At no point did he ask me if I even had the time to speak with him or if he could have a few minutes of my time and just rambled on and as soon as he realised I wasn't playing his game, he became extremely rude!! He then told me that my name was like a cabaret dancer and hung up[ on me!
His accent was from the Indian region and a cabaret dancer in that region would be equivalent to a pole dancer/whore so!! This in itself is abusive and to think they speak to anyone and evryone in this way is unacceptable.
When I tried to call the number back, it just cuts out so I sent him a nice text message telling him exactly what I thought of his manners and his behaviour!! Funny enough...NO REPLY!!
I am rating this call as unsafe due to the randon abusive nature of the males language and to think that these people target everyone and anyone including the elderly/vulnerable which is absolutely disgusting.
