14/08/2013	We have had this number call twice today, several hours apart. When we answered with 'Hello', our standard opening until we know who is calling, there was just silence for roughly 30 seconds before the call apparently ended. But when, immediately after, 1471 was dialed, we found the line was still occupied. We had to wait several minutes to redial successfully and obtain the number. Unknown Nuisance
