01/03/2014	These people drive you mad. When they finally accept they are not getting anywhere they just hang up on you. The call centre appears to be somewhere in India and for as good as their English is, it is difficult to understand and difficult to be understood although that could just be a ploy to keep you on the line longer. This number is a Nuisance, block them if you are able to. Survey Nuisance
