12/03/2014	I recently got a call from these people who offered to settle my claims at Tesco.com car insurance . A claim for whip lash on the 15th October 2011 after a white transit van a years old I'd say cut me up after I had pulled out . He should have given way but of course they never do. I was willing at the time to go "Knock for Knock" about 500 pounds of damage to my wing and I was seriously shook up. Now as I think about this and my insurance company Tescos have taken the claim off my certificate I won the claim and got my No claims back....I have a water tight case for claiming whiplash also the medical I did was for this issue not the one I had in 2010 at ASDA's Car Park when someone reversed into me as I was trying to leave and would not give me his name and address or his insurance company but I did contact Tescos concerning the incident and I hope they reported his number plate and car to the police. regards, dmbrown and I take no bullshit!
