25/08/2013	Supposedly from a Manchester number, but not really. A recorded voice tells you that you haven't claimed your free government backed boiler, and you should press 2 to speak to one of their advisers. I did not, because a) I wasn't interested b) I didn't believe it and c) I didn't want to risk paying for a premium rate phone call. I reported the number on the Information Commissioner's Office website instead. As it wasn't obviously a marketing/selling call they probably think they are avoiding the TPS rules. Hopefully the ICO can do something if sufficient people report the number. Unknown Nuisance
